As you know, our Assessments are payable each quarter in January, April, July, and October. Timely collection of Assessments from our homeowners is vital to Northpointe Crossing in order to meet our budget and promptly pay the expenses of the Association when they become due.
Assessments paid between October 1st – 31st will accrue no late or collection fees. Any payment received after October 31st will be subject to late and collection fees and additional collection actions.

The Architectural Control Committee (A.C.C.) is an appointed committee that serves to promote and ensure a high level of taste, design, quality and conformity that lies within the Northpoint Crossing neighborhood. Prior to making any improvement to your property, you must request written approval from the A.C.C. Improvements include any exterior modification of or addition to your property.
All homeowners should consult the actual Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for more details regarding the Rules and Regulations of the association.

We hope you have enjoyed your summer and this pool season! For your swimming pleasure, the pool will remain open through Sunday, October 1st and will officially close for the season upon pool closing the day of the 1st. For your safety and enjoyment, please always follow the pool rules that are posted in the pool area as well as on the website. Starting Monday, August 21, 2017, construction will begin on CR 1106. The road construction will affect the north side residents for a few months. The goal of this project is to widen the road. The project will take approximately 3 (three) months to complete. At some point during the project Dumas Drive and McKinney will be closed for 2 weeks. These two streets will not be closed at the same time during those two weeks.

Northpointe Crossing Homeowners Association, Inc. has adopted a new Notice and Fining Policy to supplement the enforcement rules found in Exhibit F of the Declaration and any amendment thereto for the enforcement of the Association’s Governing Documents (to include the CC&R’s, Amendments, By-Laws, and Rules & Regulations) and to establish a fine structure for use by the Association and its Managing Agent. The fining policy may be viewed below as well as on the community website www.npchoa.com under Association documents.
