Beginning on September 1, 2017, we will be sending out notifications regarding non-compliance for Trees to all properties where a violation is noted. The notification will communicate that when planting season is upon us (around October), the Owner will be requested to comply with the regulations and take steps to bring their front yard into compliance with the tree restrictions of the Association.
