Construction Begins on CR 1106

Starting Monday, August 21, 2017, construction will begin on CR 1106. The road construction will affect the north side residents for a few months.The goal of this project is to widen the road. The project will take approximately 3 (three) months to complete. At some point during the project Dumas Drive and McKinney will be closed for 2 weeks. These two streets will not be closed at the same time during those two weeks.

As the Association learns of additional details and timelines, we will be sure to communicate through the community website.
