Beginning March 2022, our Yard of the Month program will be managed internally. Our 2022 Yard of the Month program for Northpointe Crossing will have one winner a month winning a $25 gift card to Home Depot. Additionally, we will begin awarding winners for Holiday Decorations this year with a $25 gift card. The months of October and December will have two additional winners for holiday decorations. Please be reminded that the management company is scheduled 2 times each month to drive the community and inspect lots. We appreciate every homeowner that has already taken the time to cure any notices that have been sent out in recent weeks/months.
