Inspection Reminder

Please be reminded that the management company is scheduled 2 times each month to drive the community and inspect lots. We appreciate every homeowner that has already taken the time to cure any notices that have been sent out in recent weeks/months. As the holidays have passed, this is a reminder that if you still have your holiday decorations up, they are past due for being taken down and stored away.

As inspections are approaching, we do typically send out reminders, but want to help the owners as much as possible with a few tips:

- Holiday Decor should be down 30 days after holiday
- Garbage Containers MUST be pulled in and stored out of sight (in garage or back yard)
- While the weather is warm, dead shrubs, trees, plants, can be pulled and deadline to replace is April 1st, 2022.

Storage of items on side of homes is not allowed, please make sure your water hoses are secured, un hooked and put away if not in use, vehicles that are in operable are removed from lot or street parking, any oil residue left on street or drive way cleaned, missing shutters replaced, trees and shrubs trimmed for the winter months, fence pickets or slats replaced or repaired and fence stain is matching. These are just some of the items reviewed while driving through and we need all owners to make sure they are out inspecting their property each month to check on issues that could arise. If you are living off site, please make sure you are relaying all messages to your tenants and make them aware that we are driving through as well as the city code compliance department as needed to ensure all CCR guidelines within the governing documents are met.
