Yard of the Month Update

Calloway's Nursery was our sponsor of our Yard of the Month program during the 2021 year. Calloway’s was sponsoring three winners a month with a $25 gift card to use at their store. In early January 2022, we were informed of a drastic change in their program. Calloway’s has decided to provide only 4 gift cards for the entire 2022 Yard of the Month program. This does not align with expectations and we have canceled our sponsorship with Calloway’s nursery.

Beginning March 2022, our Yard of the Month program will be managed internally. Our 2022 Yard of the Month program for Northpointe Crossing will have one winner a month winning a $25 gift card to Home Depot. Additionally, we will begin awarding winners for Holiday Decorations this year with a $25 gift card. The months of October and December will have two additional winners for holiday decorations. Holiday decoration winners are in addition to the Yard of the Month winner.
