Assessment Increase Notice

From time to time, it becomes necessary for the Board of Directors to review the Association’s financial position and determine the best course of action to effectively manage the community’s finances. As you know, expenses such as utilities, insurance, and administrative costs occasionally rise, as do labor, materials for necessary repair, and upkeep of the association’s common elements.
Having the best interests of the Association in mind, it is the decision of the Board of Directors that the quarterly assessments must be increased from $88 to $110 effective January 2023. This will adjust the annual assessments total from $352 to $440.
The approved 2023 budget will be available for review on the Association’s TownSq site once finalized.
