To keep you informed of the progress on the playground project. The manufacturer inspection occurred on Tuesday and the project passed with flying colors.
The last hurdle that the project has is the inspection by the city. After this has been completed, the playground will be open for business. As the inspection is not until Saturday, and the equipment will need to be in new condition, please do not let you children play on or around the playground until it has passed inspection. Everyone is asked to stay outside of the caution tape. This will only delay the inspection and the opening of the playground, and may cause an increased cost if parts have to be replaced before the inspection.

The Board is happy to announce that the pool will be open for Labor Day, Monday, September 2nd for normal hours.
As you may be aware, the pool is normally closed on Monday for Maintenance. But, in consideration of the holiday, the Board wanted to make sure it was available for owners’ enjoyment.

The Board is looking to appoint new members to the empty positions on the Board. The successful candidate will have a passion for the community, some free time, and ideas on how to make things better.
The time commitment is probably 15-30 minutes per day, and two hours per quarter for meetings.

Due to some plumbing work that needed to be done in the pool area, the pool has not been opened yet. As of this time, the repairs have been made, and the pool is ready to open. It will open on Saturday, 5/25, at 9 AM. We apologize for the delay, but it was necessary to provide the best quality experience for the owners.
More information will be forthcoming regarding the Pool Opening Party, which is scheduled for the evening of June 1st, so save the date. Click Full Story for more information.
