Homeowner Update

In the Executive Session, of the Meeting on 2-18-19, the Board decided the following.

• They would like to explore the possibility of having homeowners volunteer to do work in the community.
• The Board made changes to the 2019 Budget, and it will be posted on Townsquare as soon as it is ready.
• The Board chose at Accounting firm to do the 2018 Taxes.
• The Board bound D&O Insurance
• The New ACC form was adopted and is now posted on Townsquare.
• The Board voted to raise the minimum age of people in the pool unaccompanied to 18.
• Anthony Richardson chose to resign from the Board for personal reasons. The Board would like to thank Anthony for his service to the Community and looks forward to working with him again in the future.
