Playground Installation Updates

Update: October 24, 2019
Hello Northpointe Crossing Homeowners,
To keep you informed of the progress on the playground project. The manufacturer inspection occurred on Tuesday and the project passed with flying colors. The last hurdle that the project has is the inspection by the city. After this has been completed, the playground will be open for business.
As the inspection is not until Saturday, and the equipment will need to be in new condition, please do not let you children play on or around the playground until it has passed inspection. Everyone is asked to stay outside of the caution tape. This will only delay the inspection and the opening of the playground, and may cause an increased cost if parts have to be replaced before the inspection.
Thank you for your patience while this project has progressed, and we look forward to the playground opening officially, and the enjoyment it will bring.
Thank you,
Dale L. Smith
On behalf of the Board of Directors.
Update: October 21, 2019
Hello Northpointe Crossing Homeowners,
I have just been informed that the installation of the Playground is nearing completion.
Please be aware that the playground will need to go through the required Manufacturer's inspection, for warranty purposes, and the City inspection before it is ready to be used by homeowner.
Once these are complete, and the playground is ready, we will send out word to the owners.
Please be aware that if the playground is used, or damaged during either of the inspections, the manufacturer’s warranty will be voided. This will delay the opening of the playground, and a cost to repair/reestablish the warranty.
Thank you,
Sonia M. Lopez, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
