As many of the HOA homes have now received a courtesy violation or an escalation for recent findings with regards to trees and other landscaping, we wanted to provide some helpful information so that all homeowners know how best to move forward. The ACC Committee, along with the board of directors, has worked hard to come up with a resolution to prevent numerous violations from being sent out.
