Don’t forget to vote and complete your proxy!

This is your friendly reminder that the digital voting will open as of next week for each home .For those of you that have already sent your proxy and ballot in, we thank you!

First: You can log on to quickly complete the proxy for quorum under the DIGITAL VOTING TAB in TownSq. This counts you present at the meeting so the HOA can meet the governing documents requirements to conduct business. The proxy is also set up for you as the homeowner to assign your proxy to someone else so that they can vote on your behalf.

Second: We have included the list of candidates again, and also added a quick personal summary below this week, for each interested party.

Third: The ballot is also including 3 amendment changes. The HOA needs each home to vote to make changes to the documents. One is changing the tree requirements for each lot. Two is to lower the required number needed to make these changes and others to the governing documents. Three, is to add a rental policy to the community. The current rentals are grandfathered in, so not to worry, this is help safe guard the resale value for all homeowners in the community.

Remember, you can complete EITHER the voting and proxy that you received in the mail/email OR complete the digital voting that will open up next week online. Whichever you choose, make certain you complete the info sent, as quorum needs to be met to conduct business and complete the election and amendment changes.
