As stated in a previous announcement, we now have a vacancy on the Northpointe Crossing Board of Directors. This vacant position is for the Treasurer and has a term that expires in 2022. We are making this announcement to encourage our fellow homeowners to apply for this opening. Individuals must be homeowners within the Northpointe Crossing neighborhood. This position comes with the obligation of representing the entire neighborhood according to our governing documents and candidates must not be in violation of any part of those documents. This is a friendly reminder to all homeowners that the 2021 April quarterly assessment was due on the 1st of April. There are a few days left for you to get your payments in. There will be a grace period for payments to be received prior to the end of April 2021. Effective April 30th, 2021 there will be late fees assessed to any accounts with an outstanding balance on assessments due. If you have already submitted your payment please disregard this message. Today, April 11th, 2021 Somer Rein, Northpointe Crossing HOA Treasurer, has resigned from her position effective immediately. This was a mutually agreed decision.
