Board Vacancy

Fellow Neighbors,

As stated in a previous announcement, we now have a vacancy on the Northpointe Crossing Board of Directors. This vacant position is for the Treasurer and has a term that expires in 2022. We are making this announcement to encourage our fellow homeowners to apply for this opening. Individuals must be homeowners within the Northpointe Crossing neighborhood. This position comes with the obligation of representing the entire neighborhood according to our governing documents and candidates must not be in violation of any part of those documents.

If you have an interest in serving on the Northpointe Crossing Board of Directors, please find the “Board Vacancy Candidate Form 2021” in the documents section of Town Square. This form is also located on the neighborhood website under the Association Documents section. Please complete the form and provide your submission per the directions on the bottom of the form.

Since this is a vacancy, the current Northpointe Crossing Board of Directors will speak with candidates and make an internal decision on the choice of filling the position. An election is not held to fill vacant positions. The position still holds its original term expiration timeline. This position will be up for reelection in 2022.
