Assessment Reminder

Dear Northpointe Crossing Homeowners,

This is a friendly reminder to all homeowners that the 2021 April quarterly assessment was due on the 1st of April. There are a few days left for you to get your payments in. There will be a grace period for payments to be received prior to the end of April 2021. Effective April 30th, 2021 there will be late fees assessed to any accounts with an outstanding balance on assessments due. If you have already submitted your payment please disregard this message. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.

I have attached the "Ways to Pay" document listing different methods to pay your dues if you have not already.
