We are making this announcement to encourage our fellow homeowners to apply for this opening. Individuals must be homeowners within the Northpointe Crossing neighborhood. Unfortunately, the pool will be closed until further notice. The gate access controller has malfunctioned. Currently, the gate system will not respond to any keycard. We have made contact with the gate vendor and have expedited the replacement controller.

There will be a grace period for payments to be received prior to the end of July 2021.
