In observance of the upcoming holiday, the management offices will be closing at 3:00 p.m. on Friday 5/27/22. Our offices will be closed the entire day on Monday, 5/30/22. After some escalation with the City of Anna and our pool vendor, 5-Star Pools, we were able to successfully complete our pool permit inspection. Now that we have acquired an approved permit, we are back on schedule for our pool opening day Friday, May 13th. Click Full Story for more information

It is with great frustration that we send this email to our community. Unfortunately, we have been unable to schedule our 2022 Pool Permit Inspection in time. This means we are unable to open our pool to the community on time until this inspection has been completed and an approved permit is acquired. We are escalating to all associated parties to understand how this issue was procrastinated since the HOA Board of Directors notified management and our pool vendor 5-Star Pools of our opening date on March 12th. This concern of Pool Permit Inspection availability has also been escalated to the city to express the need for more available Pool Permit Inspectors. Click Full Story for more information.

On May 6th, 2022 our Northpointe Crossing HOA Vice President, Russell Steele, resigned from his position. Russell has recently sold his home within the neighborhood and is looking forward to spending his future days with his family at their new property. We have greatly appreciated Russell’s help with all the work we have performed during his time on the board. He was a valued asset in the Grandview Fence and Southern Entrance Lighting projects.
