2022 Pool Opening Delay

Fellow Neighbors,

It is with great frustration that we send this email to our community. Unfortunately, we have been unable to schedule our 2022 Pool Permit Inspection in time. This means we are unable to open our pool to the community on time until this inspection has been completed and an approved permit is acquired. We are escalating to all associated parties to understand how this issue was procrastinated since the HOA Board of Directors notified management and our pool vendor 5-Star Pools of our opening date on March 12th. This concern of Pool Permit Inspection availability has also been escalated to the city to express the need for more available Pool Permit Inspectors.

At this time, we have our pool permit inspection scheduled for May 16th. Assuming there are no issues found, we should be able to open once that approved permit is acquired. We share the frustration of having to delay our pool season for a short amount of time and will update the community once we have more details of the new pool opening date.
