We are pleased to advise you of the upcoming Reconvened Special Meeting on Wednesday, August 2nd, 2023 at 6 pm located at:

At this meeting the members will vote on the proposed special assessment to be levied against all Owners in Northpointe Crossing. The Special Assessment will be a total of $300 per year, made in two payments of $150 each.
