Closure of Pool for the 2024 Season

We are writing to communicate an important decision made by the Northpointe Crossing Homeowners’ Association Board of Directors regarding our community pool.

After careful consideration and in the interest of the financial well-being of our community, the Board has decided to keep the pool closed for the entirety of the 2024 season. This decision was not made lightly, and we want to provide you with a clear understanding of the reasons behind it.

The primary factor influencing this decision is a strategic effort to save funds and ensure the long-term financial stability of our community. By temporarily closing the pool for the 2024 season, we aim to allocate resources responsibly and build a financial buffer that will allow us to successfully address the North Ravine project once and for all.

We understand that the pool is a valued amenity for our residents, providing a place for relaxation, recreation, and community bonding. However, the decision to keep it closed for the upcoming season is a proactive measure to safeguard the overall financial health of our community and maintain essential services and facilities.

We are committed to open communication and transparency, and we want to assure you that this decision was made with careful consideration for the well-being of the entire community. While we recognize the disappointment this may cause, we believe that this short-term sacrifice will contribute to the long-term sustainability of our community.
