Pet Waste Disposal
Published: December 05, 2023
It has come to our attention that there has been an increase in instances where pet waste is not being properly disposed by pet owners. Maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for all residents is a shared responsibility, and we would like to remind everyone of the importance of cleaning up after your pets. Please be aware of the following guidelines:
1. Immediate Clean-Up: It is essential to promptly clean up after your pets, whether on your property or in common areas. This includes sidewalks, lawns, and other community spaces.
2. Common Areas: Pets should be kept on leashes in common areas, and owners must clean up after their pets to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all residents.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines not only affects the aesthetics of our community but can also pose health risks and be unpleasant for fellow residents. We believe that, as responsible pet owners, you will help us maintain the cleanliness and beauty of our community.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our community clean and enjoyable for everyone.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Community Association Manager Burt Jones at Burt.Jones@Principal-mgmt.com.
