Special Meeting Results

The Board of Directors held a Special Meeting last night 8/2/2023 at J.K. Bryant Elementary School at 6:00 P.M. to Propose a Special Assessment of $300 Annually over the next 15 years for the Ravine Project. The votes have been tallied and the results were announced during last night’s meeting as follows:

• The majority of homeowners voted against the proposed Special Assessment and it did NOT pass.
• AGAINST- 147
• FOR- 55
