REMINDER- 2023 Special Meeting of the Members

We are wanting to remind you of the upcoming Special Meeting on Thursday, July 27th, 2023 at 6pm at:

Anna, TX 75049

The official meeting notice has been mailed to owners and posted to TownSq. At this meeting, the Members will vote on the proposed special assessment to be levied against all owners in Northpointe Crossing. The Special Assessment will be a total of $300/ year due in two payments of $150 twice a year.

It is very important that you assign your Proxy if you cannot attend, as the meeting cannot be held unless a quorum of fifty-one percent (51% or 366 homes) is present either in person or by Proxy. You may assign your proxy with the attached forms or you can vote online using townSq under the Digital voting tab.

If the quorum is not met during the Special Meeting, the meeting will reconvene on August 2nd, 2023, with a reduced quorum of 10% or 74 homes. If a reconvened meeting is needed then electronic voting via TownSq will resume until 4 PM on August 2, 2023.
