Discount Tree Opportunity 2022

Your current HOA board has worked with Fannin Tree Farm (aka FTF) again to provide an opportunity to replace our dead and dying trees throughout the neighborhood. FTF is providing our community a discount on select trees through this program. The tree selection is limited to Red Oak, Bur Oak, Chinquapin Oak, Cedar Elm, Lacebark Elm, Chinese Pistache, Texas Ash trees, and Bald Cypress. Signup for this program is open now and will run through March 18th, 2022. Individuals who purchase a tree during this program will coordinate with FTF on payment and scheduling. All trees will be scheduled for replacement/ installation in late March through early April. Planting of these trees during the early spring is recommended by FTF, as it provides a greater chance for tree survival. Pricing, warranty information, tree removals, and FTF discount is controlled by Fannin Tree Farm. FTF has stated they require a minimum purchase of ten (10) trees through various homeowners’ for FTF to make this program viable or they will cancel the program. Additionally, homeowners can choose the species of tree for their property but FTF will choose the specific tree of each specified species to be installed. Homeowners will not select the specific tree within their specified species.
Northpointe Crossing HOA has pre-approved authorization to replace dead or dying trees within existing tree wells with any of the trees from this program. An ACC application will not be required, pending the tree being planted is a replacement of a current dead or dying tree already in the same tree well.
As your Northpointe Crossing HOA Board, we want to provide our community a streamlined opportunity to beautify our neighborhood and bring all properties back into good standing with Northpointe Crossing HOA and the City of Anna landscaping requirements. All questions related to products, pricing, or warranty information should be directed to Fannin Tree Farm. Any questions related to Northpointe Crossing HOA and the above pre-approval can be directed to the Northpointe Crossing Board of Directors.
Northpointe Crossing HOA in no way assumes responsibility for any work performed by FTF. Homeowners within the Northpointe Crossing neighborhood hold no obligation to participate in this program. All participants in the program understand this purchase of any tree or product is strictly between the purchaser and Fannin Tree Farm
