Inclement Weather Forecast

Dear Homeowners:

As we are all aware very cold weather, with possible ice/snow is coming our way this week. The meteorologists are not predicting this will be a long cold front coming in as we had last year, however, we would like to make sure all homeowners are doing their part to prepare accordingly:

If you DO NOT live onsite and are renting out your home, please make certain this information is passed on to your tenants and you check your home during and after the freeze passes to ensure no damage has occurred and your tenants are safe.

A few easy steps to ensure your property is ready for the predicted inclement weather.

• Let Faucets Drip
• Keep Heat on at 65F
• Open Cabinet doors under kitchen and bathroom sinks
• Make sure outdoor faucets are covered with correct faucet covers that will prevent pipes from freezing
• Have Battery powered radio and flashlights
• Have handy ample gallons of water to use for multiple days, if needed.
