Commercial Vehicle Variance Request

Fellow Neighbors,

In August of 2020, the previous Northpointe Crossing HOA board adopted a Commercial Vehicle Policy. This policy is an extension of a C.C.R. directive that establishes regulations related to commercial vehicles within Northpointe Crossing. Due to these adopted policies, the current Northpointe Crossing HOA board has established a Commercial Vehicle Variance Request Form. This form can be located in the documents section of Town Square, on the neighborhood webpage at the link below, or acquired by sending an email to the HOA board. If you believe your vehicle may qualify as a commercial vehicle, please complete the referenced form and submit it to the HOA board of directors for review. This form will start a process of review to potentially allow a commercial vehicle to be stored at your place of residence.

Our goal is to find a cohesive balance between residents and their associated work vehicles.
