RE: Dumas Drive Culvert and Safety Railing

Beginning as early as March 17th, 2021, contractors will begin working in the area of Dumas Dr. near the east side of the playground. The goal of this project is to install a safety railing system which will include a retention wall capped with an ornamental fence. This safety system will mitigate the current fall hazard associated with the sidewalk above the culvert entrance. Additionally, the contractor will clear the current blockage of our drainage system on both the east and west side of this culvert.

Please ensure that everyone stays clear of the construction areas including any associated materials and equipment. If there are any questions or concerns associated with the contractors, equipment, or work being performed please reach out to the HOA board via email at: boardofdirectors@npchoa.com
