Sidewalk Closure

TO: ALL NORTHPOINTE CROSSING RESIDENTS AND THEIR GUESTS

In coordination with the City of Anna Public Works, we have closed a section of the sidewalk on Dumas Street near the playground. Currently, this area poses risk due to a fall hazard associated with the culvert nearest the new sidewalk installation. We need all residents and visitors of our community to stay away from that section until further notice. For your own safety, please do not move the barriers and cones in this area.

The HOA board is coordinating with contractors to install a permanent safety fence as quickly as possible. Please stay away from this area until further notice.
