Pool Opens Weekends May 13th

The pool will be open weekends starting May 13 and then available daily starting May 27th

It’s that time of year again!

The weather is warming and soon we will find ourselves seeking swimming pools and shade for a little relief from the Texas heat! Linked, is an update on the opening of the pool and a few things you should know.

The entry gate system monitors the entrance of each owner into the pool area. In the event of vandalism, all gate activity will be turned over to the police department and violators will be prosecuted.

If your card is lost, damaged or stolen, replacement cards will be available for $25.00 each and the old card will be removed from the system and will no longer activate the gate. Please contact your property manager at Essex HOA for replacement cards or if you have not received your card.

Please do not give access to anyone except the residents of your household and your guests. All owners are responsible for the conduct of all persons living in their household and their guests. A homeowner MUST accompany guests at all times. Please call your property manager at Essex HOA to report any problems witnessed at the pool, especially vandalism. For all emergencies Call 911.
