    You will find the ACC form on your community website under Documents / Architectural Documents / ACC Request Form.

  • Notice of Board Vacancy

    There is currently a vacant position on the Board of Directors. If interested in serving as treasurer, please complete the candidacy form and return it via U.S. mail to: Associa PMG, Attn: Sean Corcoran 1512 Crescent Drive, Suite 112, Carrollton, TX 75006 OR via e-mail to sean@essexhoa.com. Please note, this is not an election, but an appointment as a result of a resignation. The Board will review all candidacy forms and vote on who they feel is best suited for the position. The appointed homeowner will then serve on the Board of Directors for the remainder of the term. With the help of the Associa PMG team the Association Treasurer is responsible for maintaining the finances and for helping to ensure financial growth. Other responsibilities include making sure Association assets are protected, overseeing insurance, understanding and maintaining financial records, investment of funds, review of delinquent accounts and cash flow, calculating and monitoring reserve funds, and filing of all income taxes on time. The Associa PMG team will assist in applicable training if requested and will certainly do what we can to help ensure a smooth transition into this position.   • Pool To Close At 8:30pm

    Published: May 09, 2018

    The Community Pool will close at 8:30pm instead of the posted 10:00pm daily, until a repair is completed on the lights that illuminate the pool. For the pool to be open at night the drains must be visible at all times to prevent a potential safety hazard. Otherwise the pool will open at the posted time and the repair is to be completed ASAP.   • Get a Jump on the 2018 Pool Season

    To gain access to the pool, please visit your community website, click on the link to complete the form and submit your request. If you have not registered on the website, you will need to register. After you have registered, it will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour to receive your email authorization to access the Pool Request Form.
