We will be celebrating the 4th of July with a pool party that is open to the residents of Northpointe Crossing! It will be held on July 5th from 11AM-7PM at the community pool. Please see the attached flyer!

We will have burgers, hot dogs, and water available as well as a water slide and jumpers for the kids!

We will have someone on-site from 1PM-3PM that will be able to issue pool fobs with the proper documentation. We will have a limited number of fobs on hand and will issue them as long as supplies last or until 3PM, whichever comes first. We are limiting this to one (1) pool fob per household. All needed documents are in the link provided

For Property Owners - Photo ID, proof of residency if ID address doesn't match (utility bill tied to the address with your name on it), signed Pool Rules form, signed Waiver of Liability, signed Pool Key Request form.

For Renters - Photo ID, proof of residency if ID address doesn't match (utility bill tied to the address with your name on it), copy of lease agreement, signed Pool Rules form, signed Waiver of Liability, signed Pool Key Request form.
