A Special Meeting of the Members for Northpointe Crossing Homeowners’ Association, Inc. (the “Association”) will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at Joe K. Bryant Elementary, 2725 Bryant Farm Road, Anna, Texas 75409 in the cafeteria.

The purpose of the Special Meeting is to conduct a membership vote on the proposed special assessment to be levied against all Owners in Northpointe Crossing.

Your input is important to the Association, and we urge you to either attend the 2023 Special Meeting or return the enclosed proxy or absentee ballot. Please only return a proxy OR absentee ballot. If both are returned, ONLY the absentee ballot will be used. The sole purpose of the proxy and absentee ballot is to allow your vote to still count if you are unable to attend the 2023 Special Meeting.
